What is Yoga Nidra?

An auditory tool used to de-stress you. 

When you can’t meditate on our own and quiet your mind, Yoga Nidra can. As a leader, I verbally guide you with how to breathe and what to visualize. Ultimately, you will be conscious of what I am saying and deeply relaxed. To some, it seems like hypnosis. To others, it seems like it hasn’t worked because they slept through everything. To others, they listen to what I say and other things but can’t recall what I said.

When would I ever participate in Yoga Nidra?

  • When you are tired….exhausted.
  • When your mind won’t shut off and you’re frustrated af.
  • When you are nervous about a situation or circumstances and want to be grounded.
